Continental Credit Protection (“CCP”) provides innovative credit protection programs to customers serviced by Continental Finance Company (“CFC”). Credit protection programs are designed to assist customers with their credit card payments in the event of a covered event; such as job loss, disability, hospitalization or the death of a cardholder. These programs can provide some peace of mind knowing you can have one less bill to worry about during a difficult financial time.

CCP specializes in providing customer centric products and services, administered on a state of the art proprietary platform that ensures superior services to our customers in every aspect of the program including fulfillment, operations, customer care and support.

Customer Support – CCP has a dedicated customer support team that fully understands the products and services we offer and is committed to the highest level of customer support; helping customers with making a decision to purchase or not and how to use the programs effectively.

We ensure that our customer is fully informed on all aspects of our products and services, before they make a decision to purchase. Our product welcome kit include everything you need to know about the program and our ongoing communication with you when you activate your benefits is clear and concise.

Customer Experience – We provide our customers with 24/7 access to their product information and product benefits through on line access. We also provide live customer support, Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm ET, to assist you in utilizing your benefits.
